This is a very nice filly. She is straight, balanced, and well muscled with stunning color and an easy going and willing attitude. Di has outstanding breeding on both the top and bottom and is double-bred Dreamfinder. We showed her early in her yearling year and she picked up a couple of points but then one day she came in from the pasture with a bad cut behind her pastern.  The cut was treated and healed but with some scar tissue.  We turned her out to grow and she trots and runs around the pasture as good as new.  She has a very soft western pleasure trot.

Before we put her up for sale we took her into our vet to have him take a good look at her leg (July 2010).  He x-rayed the joint and the joint areas look fine but there is a little stiffness due to the scar tissue.  We are selling this filly as a broodmare prospect but she could be broken to ride.  We would expect Di to make a very good all-around family horse.  She has an excellent disposition and is very willing and calm. With her conformation and breeding she should make an excellent broodmare.  We would keep her ourselves but we have limited space.

Di's sire is Dream Scheme, a Canadian National Champion in Aged HalterStallion, Junior Western Pleasure, and Hunter in Hand Stallion, and a Reserve Canadian National Champion in Non pro Stallion and Ladies Western Pleasure. He has top ten finishes in both the U.S. National and in the World as well as a number of other impressive awards. He has earned over 56 halter and 30 performance points with the ApHC as well as 25 halter and 75 performance points with the Appaloosas Horse Club of Canada and holds four ROMs. Dream Scheme has produced futurity halter and performance champions, ROM earners, and the Canadian National Champion Hunter in Hand gelding, Schemin Dreamin. His gets are being shown successfully in Canada, the United States, and Europe.

Dream Scheme is by Dreamfinder, a U.S. National and World Champion and the sire of U.S. National, Canadian National, and World Champions, as well as ApHC Versatility Champions. Dreamfinder was inducted into the Appaloosa Hall of Fame in 1996. Dream Scheme's dam holds a ROM in halter and is by Alias Smith and Jones, a successful race horse and supreme champion sire.

Di's dam is Rockets Dazzledarlin (DeeDee). DeeDee is by Rocket Finder MMR, a two-time Reserve World Champion, U.S. National Champion, Canadian National Champion, Superior Halter Horse, and Medallion Winner.   In 1997 Rocket Finder was a leading sire of halter horses.  Rocket Finder is by the Hall of Fame stallion Dreamfinder, a leading sire of National and World Champions, and is out of Rocket Straw Sam, a ApHC Versatility Champion with numerous Registers of Merit to her credit. Rocket Straw Sam is by the Hall of Fame stallion Roman's Straw Man.

DeeDee's dam, RF Skipa Bars, holds a Register of Merit in halter and is the dam of the 2002 National Champion Awe Shauntae. Skipa Bars traces back to the Hall of Fame greats Mighty Bright and Colida.  DeeDee's second dam is Mindy Snowcap who is by Joker's Snowcap, a Joker B grandson.  DeeDee's third dam is the quarterhorse mare Doran's Red Bars, a Sugar Bars granddaughter.
